  • If you have an urgent call, please let the receptionist know immediately.<\/li>\n
  • If your child needs to be seen (for an illness), please call as early in the day as possible.<\/li>\n
  • If you have a medical question during the day, our telephone nurses will be pleased to answer.<\/li>\n
  • If you have a non-urgent question for your pediatrician, you can leave a message with a secretary or send a Patient Gateway message.<\/li>\n
  • Well visits are scheduled 4\u20136 months ahead. Please call to schedule Monday\u2013Friday 8:15am to 4:45pm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Appointment Cancellations<\/h3>\n

    We recognize that it is sometimes a challenge to schedule appointments to meet our patients\u2019 various time schedules. In order to better accommodate your requests, we are asking that you notify the office as soon as possible regarding appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled. This will allow us time to fill that vacancy with someone on our waiting list. Because of the frequency of missed appointments, there will be a $50.00 charge if the office is not notified at least 24 hours in advance.<\/p>\n
