Weston Pediatrics Offers Walk-In Hour for Sick Visits
To provide the best possible care and customer service for our existing patients, Weston Pediatric Physicians is pleased to announce the implementation of a walk-in hour for sick visits. The walk-in hour will be available starting Monday, November 3, 2025. This service will be provided at the Weston location only.

- Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Walk-in visits are with a Nurse Practitioner or Physician, based on provider availability.
- We will do our very best to accommodate all walk-in patients in a timely manner. Please know, however, there may be times when patient volume results in a wait to be seen.
- Scheduled sick visits with a specific provider will continue to be available throughout the day.
What is appropriate for a walk-in visit?
- Conjunctivitis, sore throat, ear pain, fever, rash, minor injury, cough.
What is not appropriate for a walk-in visit?
- Head injury/concussion, chronic health problems or concerns such as ongoing stomachache, or ongoing headache, significant respiratory concerns, or medication follow-up appointments. These are best managed by the patient’s primary care physician at a scheduled visit.
Weston Pediatrics Now Offers Behavioral Health Wellness Examinations
Effective April 1, 2024, Massachusetts insurance companies are required to cover an annual mental health wellness exam with the goal to improve patient access to mental and behavioral health care. Massachusetts is the second state in the nation to offer this exam! A behavioral health wellness exam is in addition to your annual well child exam and focuses on the emotional well-being and development of pediatric patients of all ages. For example, an adolescent behavioral health exam may focus on the stress of school, extracurricular activities, and social media pressures. A behavioral health exam for a younger child may focus on social and developmental progress. To take advantage of this new service, please call our office. For patients with out of state insurance, we encourage you to call your insurance company to determine if this is a covered service and/or if there is any out-of-pocket expense.
Weston Pediatrics at Mill Brook
Weston Pediatrics has recently acquired Mill Brook Pediatrics in Sudbury! We are delighted to be able to extend our services to a broader geographic location and look forward to continuing to care for our patients and families.
Our Weston Providers will be seeing patients in both Sudbury and Weston locations.
Forms (College, School, Camp, Sports, etc.)
Please help us efficiently help you meet deadlines for forms to be submitted. Please remember to bring all forms that require your primary care provider’s signature with you at the time of your physical. This will save you time and possibly the cost of a sports physical that is not paid for by your insurance provider.
Forms can be requested or sent to the office several ways – drop off, faxed, mailed, or by uploading using Patient Gateway with instructions on how you would like the completed form delivered. Unfortunately, Patient Gateway does not have the capability for forms to be sent back to you.
Forms may take 5–7 business days to complete.
Forms should be filled out as much as possible prior to being given to the office or they will be returned to the sender. The office will fill out the clinical sections of the forms.
Forms should have a copy of the last physical attached (if needed).
- College forms usually require the office to fill out information and a provider’s signature. Please attach a copy of your latest health form and fill out as much information as you can.
- Most school, camp, and sport forms may only require a copy of the latest health form to be attached. If this is not the case, please attach a copy of your latest health form and fill out as much information as you can.
